I really needeed it,it works very well,it 's value the money,it doesn't make no loud noise. it has its own WIFI,or you can use your WIFI.

REPLACED MY 8 YEAR OLD PRINTER AND IT KEPT LOSING THE DRIVER. IT PRINTED OK ALSO BUT THIS ONE AS SOON AS I CLICK PRINT ITS ROLLING THE PRINT ON WIFI. PRINTS ARE BETTER ALSO SO LOOKS GREAT ALREADY. GREAT PRICE AND INKS ARE BELOW WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR MY OLDER ONE AND I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR 6 MONTHS FREE INK, NOT A FAN OF ANYONE WATCHING WHAT I PRINT IF THATS HOW I SEE IT DESCRIBED IN OTHER REVIEWS. GREAT PRINTER FOR THE PRICE. AAA+++

I bought this printer for basic printing. i used the thing two different times in the span of a year, printing about 15-20 pages total AT MOST (im being very generous here because i don’t have exact numbers, but im pretty confident the number is closer to 10 pages) i tried to print one more page after a few months and it wouldn’t print. i couldn’t print diagnostic pages because neither the black ink nor the color ink would work. i went through the process of cleaning the cartridges with the options the HP app gave me, i even did a “deep cleaning” feature they offered me after 3 cleanings in a row didn’t work. i cleaned the cartridges manually as well and nothing worked. the most i could get out of this machine at that point was very VERY faint light blue in the diagnostic pages, and even then it was too light to make out what had been printed on. i gave up and found the only option i truly had through the insurance i had bought (thank god i bought it too cause it had been over a year since i purchased the printer) was to return it and i gladly did. the only good thing about the printer was the scanning feature, which did fairly well for scanning some images i had wanted digital. still the process of having to use the HP app and be connected to my wifi through the entire process was annoying. good riddance fr

Itis a bit tircky to get printer to be shared on network and I sometime have to unplug it and restart for it to allow it to be recognized via network. I would caution users to print on one side only unless really necessary. It has the capability to print two-sides, but jamming is much more likely of you use that. The ink cartriges that came with it ran out well below expected. I printed only about 60 pages (not full pages) and had to buy replacement cartridges in a hurry. I expect 3rd part vendor cartridges (XL) wolll last longer than the XL supplied by HP with the printer. This printer cannor be connected with a cable (ethernet). there is a tape over the slot. So it must be used wirelessly.

Return since it won't hook up wifi .I try ca them for support hp change to many press press press press that for 45 minute get customer support .hang up and return it

This item is refurbished but has been a good printer so far! This is my first experience of having a refurbished HP Deskjet 4155e

I would not recommend this printer if you do not print regularly. HP offers an instant ink program, which I cancelled because I don't need ink very often. Today I installed one of the instant ink cartridges that came with the printer and it will not print. Apparently when the subscription is cancelled they have the ability to disable the cartridge! Sounds weird, but that is what I am experiencing. The virtual chat assistant is worthless. I just want a printer that stays connected and will print when I need it. Maybe only once a month.

I think I started out with HP computers and printers, and now after many problems with other brands, I find myself once the proud owner/operator of a genuine HP Deskjet printer. It was so easy to install and operate after others I have tried that I chirped with joy. And it is one of the few that came with a genuine UPC cord, since not everyone can go the wireless route unless you have a wi-fi connection or computer that can connect directly by pronged plug cord. In fact, I have encountered many of my friends and neighbors who are upset about the number of printers that don't include UPC cord connection any longer. (By the way, I've had better luck with the HP computer I bought five years ago than any computer I owned earlier. I'm not really brand-conscious; I just like what really works for me.)

Al principio pensé que había sido una excelente compra, precio-calidad excelente…. ELPROBLEMA Querer conseguir los cartuchos es imposible al menos en México, son del número 67, que no los encuentras en tiendas físicas, aquí en Amazon cuestan 1,200 pesos cada cartucho. Trate de buscarlos en la tienda de HP directo, porque en la impresora tiene pegado un letrero que tiene la opción de comprarlos, y nos los manejan en la tienda de HP. Y rellenarlos se puede SI…….PERO la impresora los detecta y bloquea las impresiones DESILUCIONADA DE LA COMPRA CONSIDERO QUE ES UNA IMPRESORA DESECHABLE

Cumple su función, de hecho el que pueda mandar las impresiones desde el celular le da un plus, solo que, el cartucho a color que traen me fallo a los 2 días, marcaba vacío y error cuando lo tenían puesto.

Me pareció muy fácil de instalar la impresión es excelente y de buena calidad me parece que es una de las mejores que es económica en precios
