I am so glad I found this. I'd tried to season a new wok on my fairly new induction hob and it ended up leaving a terrible burn type mark on the glass which looked like it was under the surface. No amount of cleaning could get rid of the horrible marks however the surface of the hob seemed clean. I was devastated as I'd be taking so much care of my sparkly new hob and thought that I was going to have to get a new one or live with the horrible marks. Found this stuff and couldn't believe my eyes. I just wiped it on and left it for 5 mins then wiped it off and the marks had gone, and it doesnt leave any scratches on the glass. Thoroughly recommend it.

Like others here I put an empty saucepan back on my new induction hob after forgetting to turn it off. The pan was ruined and there was a seemingly indelible ring marked on the hob. Bought this cleaner after reading other reviews and it instantly removed the mark with little effort. The hob now looks as good as new again.

Unbelievable, totally amazing product! I bought a brand new 80cm AEG induction hob for my new kitchen along with a hob to hood compatible extractor fan. Needless to say I lovef them both instantly but on week two-three of owning my new shiny hob disaster struck. I accidentally left a pan of pasta boiling on the hob. The hood turning itself on and doing a bit too good a job of removing the telltale burning smells...I came back to my hob in a panic to find my pasta pan burnt dry and the overflowed pasta water having literally glued my pan to the hob. I was gutted, I managed to pull the pan off but the residue was stuck on hard and not wanting to scratch the hob I exercised some patients, bought this product and waited for it to arrive. It's more expensive than I would have gone for for a generic cleaner but desperate times called for desperate measures.This product is amazing. I used it in conjunction with a soft sponge and water. I had to apply it, give a gentle scrub with the sponge and then leave it to soak in the suds for 5-10 minutes and I did this with my very stubborn ring stain about three times. The burnt on pasta water ring has been removed completely and I did zero long term damage to my hob. I honestly thought I had destroyed the thing. But with a bit of patients and this star of a product, you would never know I had been so stupid!A very little of this goes a long way and I'm sure it is going to last me a very long time.

I noticed that this product was recommended to clean my AEG induction hob. I haven't had the hob that long and although It was suggested to use a basic cleaner the hob was not looking great no matter how much I cleaned and buffed it there was a pan shape I couldn't get rid of so I decided to give this a go. Wow I was blown away by the results it's easy to use and great value for money as you don't need much. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a hob like mine. And yes the pan mark is gone! This product leaves a thin film to protect your investment.
