These bars are everything. If you intermit fast you know sometimes it is hard. These bars you can have without breaking the fast and they do the trick. They taste great and they fill you up.. I love them so much . I have ordered directly from the company too.

I enjoyed the flavor of these bars. They are slightly chewy, with almost a date/fig-like texture along with a light crunch from the nuts. Since I gravitate towards anything with nuts and dark chocolate, they are quite tasty. I have one first thing in the morning and it gives me the energy boost needed before my hour-long workout. Keep in mind, they are not inexpensive, so that may be a deterrent for some.

I understand that the point of fasting is to NOT EAT and this product seems like an oxymoron. I am not a hardcore IF-er and I understand that IF has its pros and cons (not recommended for people with disordered eating history and other contraindications). I experiment with IF and am trying to develop the ability to tolerate moderate hunger without getting cranky or crashing. When morning hunger makes it hard for me to concentrate or find athletic energy, I find this bar very helpful to extend the window before I need a real meal. The company’s results were written up in a peer-reviewed journal so that is persuasive. As a bar, it is simple, does not upset my sensitive stomach in the morning, and fills me up. Of course, unlike fasting, it adds to my caloric intake.

I'm picky about bars, I've tried SO many. I love these! Love the taste, texture and ingredients. Also, you can use them with intermittent fasting. Check out the companies website, very interesting and high-quality product line.

Bars are small and flavor needs to be improved. Not sure why they are called "Fasting Bars", because you'll break a fast if you consume anything other than non-calorie liquids. Shouldn't affect your ketosis much though if you only have 1.

Be careful you can’t return these when you find them for 1/3 of the price at your local market. I’d wait and buy them on sale and not get them from Amazon. They taste okay for what they are though.

These bars are good tasting and soft. It has all the healthy ingredients in a good bar. 7g fiber, 5g sugar inc 3g added, 200 calories, made from nuts almonds, coconut, macadamias, and pecans. I have a sweet tooth so this helps me to stay away from candy, plus holds me over till dinner if I have one at lunch while fasting. Although, they say it does not break your fast, kinda of hard to believe with the sugar and honey.

The texture is like ground nuts formed into a bar held together by sweet honey which combines into a a surprisingly tasty and satisfying bar that works as a meal. The texture is oddly addictive once you get past that first unusual experience with it. Love them.
