Awesome stockpot! The second one I have had!.

I use it for pasta, pasta sauces, soups, chili etc... Like I said, it's a little flimsier than the usual Le Creuset Cookware, but because of the size of the pot, maybe it's for the best, because the usual sturdiness would make a little heavy to handle.

We have taken to leaving this pot on our stove full time. It looks great there, bringing a pop of color. You can feed a family the size of my mom's generation with this thing (13 people). We have steamed shell fish, boiled an entire turkey carcass to make stock, and could probably bathe smallish children in it if the need arose.

First of all... I mean it's Le Creuset! It's a sweet stock pot with room for lots of ingredients. Planning on lobster, stew, pasta, soups, chili? The colors it comes in are myriad. A good quality stock pot with a light weight and good cooking qualities.
