PS Power Smart Battery Charger for Rechargable AA or AAA Batteries with USB charging port for smartphones, Powerbanks or other USB charging accessories

I had to replace an old and literally melted LaCrosse charger that is very similar to this one. This one does everything that the old one did, just as well, and is much cheaper! Why not make the change? It also has a USB connection for charging USB devices, making it a little more versatile than the LaCrosse varieties. My only complaint (not really worth a star) is that it is harder to remove the batteries out the charger than with the LaCrosse chargers.

It has been great at discharging and recharging some older batteries. I can tell if they are still good by the voltage reading. I like knowing what the charge is on the battery. It charges to max capacity, doesn't just cut off after a certain charge time. You can charge or discharge each battery separately and at different rates. It's a little cheaper than another brand on Amazon but seems to do the same thing which is great for me.

I am very happy with this product and with its design. As noted by other reviewers, it takes some practice to get AAAs to find their spot. Another concern I have about the product is the lack of access to a downloadable PDF manual. This device is user configurable which is a good thing, but paper manuals get lost quickly. It would be really nice if the vendor of the product would post a downloadable PDF version of the manual on their website support section just in case it is ever needed. Other than that this is a great product and I am very happy with it.

This charger allows me to keep all of my AA and AAA batteries charged with confidence. The "chargers" that typically come with the batteries don't let you know when your batteries are fully charged, that's why I got this one. It will give you the mAh rating of your battery while it's charging it and when it's done you'll know because it says Full and switches to trickle charge. The refresh option has already brought back a couple of batteries that I thought were at the end of their life.

Works as advertised. I'm very happy with this purchase. I like that fact that I can control each cell individually and see the status of the discharge, charge, or refresh in numerical values. The voltage indicator is especially useful as I can now see which batteries have the most power after a full charge. As I suspected, the Eneloops are consistently a little higher than the others I have.I have not had any problem inserting or removing my AA and AAA batteries as some reviewers have reported.

I had been searching for a high quality multi function battery charger for several weeks. The PS Smart Power Battery Charger appeared to fit the bill. I received it a couple of weeks ago and have charged my battery several dozen times. It does everything as advertised and more. I travel internationally and found the 110v to 220v feature to be invaluable. Many of the other brands make no mention of this. I highly recommend it.

I actually tried out a few different smart chargers to replace my old one, and I settled on this. It is simple enough for even me to understand it using its basic function to charge AA and AAA batteries. Compact too. So far so good.
