10/10 if I could rate it!!! Has a handle with a textured grip that’s very easy to use and isn’t uncomfortable nor does it attract dust, dirt or product. The sizes are very reasonable. Used this in the past and had wonderful results. Bought a new one after pelvic floor issues after having a baby. This product has helped with so much pain, tearing and discomfort due to sex. I truly wouldn’t know where to be without this amazing product. Simple to read, understand and use. Cleans very well and doesn’t hold color, odor or anything. Would buy again is necessary.

I got recommended these by my gyno due to having issues with my partner’s size during intimacy and these have helped a lot within a short time span! The handle really helps keeping a grip and for properly having the muscles be stretched.

I had a hysterectomy and ten years of estrogen-suppressing therapy after my breast cancer diagnosis and mastectomies. The hysterectomy and Femara caused vaginal atrophy. At my gynelogical appointment, the doctor recommended using a set of graduated vaginal trainers to restore elasticity and reduce pain. You need to start with the smallest and use plenty of lubricant and move the trainer around. You move up to the next size when you no longer feel any discomfort with the current size. It has helped so much! I highly recommend this set if you are in similar circumstances.

I was diagnosed last year after pain with tampons, I’m now able to use them pain-free! Would be nicer if there were more in-between phases. Be patient when using them and make sure to lubricate.

Got these for physical therapy, and left these in the bag stacked inside one another. Today I opened the pouch and sized 2 and 3 had the little plastic nubs that slot into the handle broken off. They were not handles roughly or dropped. Unusable now because they can’t secure to the handle and are not flared. Don’t stack them and be careful.

pt recommended this set for vaginismus since the plastic is better for increasing circulation and the handle makes it easier to target certain muscle areas. currently on the third size after around a week of use whereas previously it was a struggle to get anything in. really good overall!

It works, but won't pay for dinner... just like some men. We go Dutch, it's there, but I do the work. My MD recommended another brand, but I found it cost way too much, finding this on Amazon at this price was really, really good.
