Much cheaper than the name brand you can get in the grocery store. You get a lot more too! The flavor is pretty good. Kind of a sour orange. I take these all during cold and flu season.

I swear by these for illness prevention when traveling and to help combat at onset of any bugs. Taste is stage but it supposed to be. Good enough to tolerate if it makes me feel better quicker

These are pretty good. I cut these into quarters and take a quarter under my tongue every morning. A whole one of these a day is way too much IMO. < 5mg a day is perfect.

I'm not sure what "warmth" means but would like to share a couple things: 1. I believe these help prevent upper respiratory infections as a lozenge, but if you take other zinc supplements make sure you're not taking too much total. You can get toxic symptoms from too much.2. They don't taste bad, but if you try eating or drinking anything within a couple hours afterward, it will have a strange metallic taste to it-at least it does for me.

I chose these for him because he has difficulties swallowing any pill. I tried one. The flavor is pleasant enough and doesn't take terribly long to dissolve. I found it a bit "zippy" with a tad bit of aftertaste, but I have a highly sensitive body. We will definitely buy these again for him.

My husband is on chemo and these did not work to help with the metallic taste he has.

Love the convenience., doesn’t break down in too warm storage. Effective.
