The hand warmer weighs 1.9oz and is 3 ½" long, 2 ¼" wide, and ¾" thick and comes with a green cloth bag. The bag should ALWAYS be used with the hand warmer, as it serves to regulate the flow of oxygen to the warmer and protect the skin protected from the metal. Comes with warmer, cloth bag, and operating instructions. For best results, use high-quality lighter fluid for an odor-free experience. Lower quality lighter fluids may emit a slight odor. To fill: - Remove the cap and the burner. - Fill the hand warmer with lighter fluid until the substrate is saturated, being careful not to spill lighter fluid on or around the lighter. If fluid does spill, be sure to wipe clean and let dry before lighting the warmer. - Replace the burner. - Ignite the burner with a lighter or a match for about 5-10 seconds until a dim glow can be seen on the burner. - Replace the cover and secure the warmer in the pouch (included). - NOTE: When lighted, there is no flame - only a feint glow.
