I'm a fan of supplements, but I dislike reviewing them because:a) I don't have a lab to verify the claims. Does this tablet REALLY have the supplements it claims to have?There's no way for me to prove that.b) I can't prove the tablet's benefits without a placebo and a double-blind trial.c) You'll rarely see any measurable or obvious difference within a few days.
