I haven't used teeth whitening strips before but I thought these did a good job. I noticed a difference in color pretty quickly. The directions were confusing though and after you remove the strip it does leave a thick residue on your teeth . I just use at home so I can brush right after with water. If you could get past the residue, they are much more economical than others.

These strips are really good. I have used Crest whitening strips along with several generic store brands (Walmart, Rite Aid, etc) in the past and I have to say that these work just as well if not better than those other strips. The price is really great and what makes it stand out from Crest.As others have mentioned, the grip on these is quite good. (The instructions even say you should use water to remove them from your teeth, though I don't). I put them on my teeth and use my fingers to smooth the strips over my teeth and into the little crevices between my teeth. It stays in place for the entire 1-2 hours without shifting.I have not had issues with sensitivity except for when I accidentally left these on too long. If you have sensitive teeth, then you might want to try these for no more 30 minutes to an hour for your first time. You should be able to leave them on for up to two hours if you don't have sensitive teeth.Some people mentioned that these leave white spots on their teeth after whitening. These are completely temporary and are caused by differences in the tooth density (according to the instructions). If you have this issue, I strongly recommend sticking it out and to keep using the strips. Your teeth will get whiter and the white spots go away within a few hours.I was able to see a noticeable whiteness to my teeth after a few uses. One package should enough to get your teeth white. I have bought additional packages for family members and always have at least one on hand for myself so that I can do periodic touch ups.TLDR: These really cannot be beat in terms of price and overall quality. They work extremely well and will noticeably whiten your teeth within just a couple of uses!

I had a special occasion that I wanted my teeth pearly white and I was using this brand and another brand daily, sometimes twice a day to meet my whiteness goals.Pros.. this did not cause any increase tooth sensitivity or pain even though I used more than once a dayCons.. it really did not whiten like my other brand .I’ll keep searching for a refill in my other brand.

These strips are fantastic and simple to use. Just oeel, stretch and apply to teeth. The strips shrink back a bit and securely stick to your teeth. I use them for 30-45 min while i get ready for work and WOW ! In just a few days my smile has completely changed! It has even helped my self confidence.
