The Best Scent Ever!
I have been using Eau de Rochas for over ten years and can't imagine using anything else. I love that it's so light and airy. I get so many compliments. Even after wearing it all day I get an occasional whif and it puts a smile on my face

Lovely light fragrance!
This is an old favorite! Very refreshing and light - two quick spritzed does it. I've always had to buy it in Paris, so it's great to be able to buy it through Amazon. More expensive, of course, but so is a plane ticket.

Great
Lovely scent. Crisp and interesting. Not cloying in anyway.

Smells great but leaked all over its packaging
It smells great - to me it's smells like lemons (a more sophisticated nose could describe it better), but when it arrived the bottle was open inside its cellophane-wrapped box - the Rochas box (not the Amazon shipping material) was drenched with the Eau de Toilette and the scent was so intense that my wife had to put the box on our front porch. Now our neighborhood smells like lemons, I suppose. If I had spent $70 for this product I would have taken and photo and asked Amazon to send me another as a replacement. I'm guessing this is a very rare occurrence but deduct one star for faulty packaging.

This perfume is amazing. It doesn't smell like anything else. It's so citrusy and woody and fresh.

Does Not Last Long
I am very disappointed with this perfume. It smells great, a fresh citrusy floral scent BUT it doesn't last longer than 2 hours in me. The cost is NOT worth it at all. I would have to keep spraying every two hours to smell good all day. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Intensely citrus, complex, summery and delightful!
My last bout with perfume was with my fabulous secretary’s addiction to Giorgio of Beverly Hills. She loved it. It made me violently ill. Because she was so awesome, I forced myself to live with the scent. It wasn’t the smell that bothered me, but some substance in it that gave me massive headaches. That was in the 1980s and I have avoided fragrances ever since. But what a sad deficit in my life! After all, smell is one of the five primary senses. So, while I hesitated to select this item, a thorough search across the internet convinced me I could safely give it a try. How happy I am that I took the risk. This Eau de Rochas is a thoroughly delightful fragrance. It is feminine verging toward unisex, light, intensely citrus, initially cool transforming to warm, with complex herbal qualities. There are touches of honeysuckle, jasmine, and coriander as the fragrance develops. The process of change from a bright, lemony garden through to a summery, fern-filled forest is seamless, but profound. There are ephemeral qualities to this eau that are rare, fleeting, and haunting. Upon initial application, there is a delicate minerality, a sense of cool water over dark rocks in a bubbling spring. Classic chypre notes including patchouli and woods are present, but never overwhelming. This is Eau de Rochas, one of the most intriguing, complex, yet unassuming fragrances I have ever experienced. Of course, it is not for everyone, but it is for me and that is unusual indeed. If, however, you dislike citrus, you will want to avoid it. Some reviewers found it to be more like lemon scented cleaning spray than a fragrance they would wear. But it seems to me that criticism entirely misses its complexity. Still, fragrance is very personal and no one can tell any of us what we like or don't. Personally, I love it!
