The ‘upside down’ nature of these grinders means no mess beneath them on the table and they grind peppercorns and flaky salt finely and evenly. Very easy to fill with generous capacity. Very happy with them.

These not only look great but also have the advantage of the salt / pepper coming from the top of the grinder rather than the bottom. NO more salt and pepper left on cupboard shelves. Very easy to use and light weight compared to others, especially the automated type. Joesph always produce great designs and in this case smash the functionality too - recommend

I went to dinner at a friends house last week and she had this S&P set, it actually works! I love you can set the required amount of seasoning to your preference and it is so easy to fill. The material of the body is smooth and will not stain with greasy fingers should I treat my self to a chippy tea 😋. Delivery was excellent and the fact they were on special offer made them a bargain. Even more of a bargain was the salad bowl which was included as a free upgrade to my order. I am most impressed! So, all in all I am extremely pleased with my order and customer service is excellent. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this product.

Not quite the perfect replacement I had hoped for old salt and pepper grinders, one of which broke. They look great and are easy to use. I wanted grinders that delivered a lot quickly and the pepper one does that. Main negative was that the salt grinder got clogged with salt around the top, this invalidated one of the main claims that you don't get left with mess like in the grinders with the mechanism at the bottom. Salt would fall from the top and also it looked messy. So much so that I had to repurpose my old pepper grinder (which still worked) which I now use for salt. My grinders now don't match. The other minor complaint is that the grinders spray sideways (horizontally - like a gritter lorry) so you have less control of where the stuff ends up and an even distribution. The grain size adjustment is also a little hit and miss.

Really good quality, really well made, probably the best set we've had. And no mess compared with the traditional pepper and salt grinders.

The salt cellar is broken after less than 3 months. You should be able to turn the top of the unit to set the ground size however this mechanism is seized and cannot be moved. If I step to make the grind coarser all that happens is i unscrew the top. The cellar now clogs continuously making it unusable. Intend to return.

fit perfectly in my new kitchen colour scheme and i really like the top mill : the salt gets a bit clogged though but i use a pasty brush to clear it

Terrible , terrible product , unable to get any kind of support , will not buy anything in the future from this company , so disappointing given the money spent

Five years into it and they still look and work great. Love the look at the fact that the grinder stands at the top. This way it never leaves a salt or pepper residue on the table like the Grinders that have the girder at the bottom

I like Joseph and Joseph products a lot and this set of S&P shakers doesn't disappoint. They are beautiful, stylish, come in great colors, and are easy to use. Adjusting the grind is simple and the grip is great for all sizes of hands. And, they look great on my counter or table.
