Polar Mugs Double Wall Air Insulated Stainless Steel Mug with Lid and Bottle Opener, 16.9-Ounce, Copper

We bought two of them. My hubby wanted his for the cool beverages and he is very pleased with every aspect of it! I wanted mine for hot beverages and the half star off is because you must use the lid in order to keep stuff hot and I'm not a fan of the lid. You have to open and shut it to maintain heat and sipping hole is a bit small. Fortunately I am also a fan of cold coffee so I leave the lid off and have two cups of coffee (one hot and one cool) without having to refill my cup as they hold two cups perfectly!

I love this product for keeping my beverages warm. It is good for that as I tend to drink my coffee slowly at the office. Two things I don't like: first, the copper paint wears off pretty quickly. Second, I noticed the outside of the mug is warm, which tells me that it is not vacuum sealed. For those reasons, I have to write a less than stellar review. To buy this again, I would just go with the stainless steel, and not get the copper painted.

My wife uses these for coffee, and has no complaints. Each holds the amount of coffee + creamer + sweetener that she likes to consume in the morning, and it stays warm enough to suit her. A wish-to-have would be a non-skid pad on the bottom, so that she could rest it on the overstuffed arm of her sunroom chair. (Her previous cups had that feature, but they didn't hold quite enough.)

For $20, I expected a good quality mug. When the mug arrived, it just seemed so flimsy, but I went with it... hoping that I'd come to like it more. I had the cup for three weeks and the kid just decided to break. I would definitely say not to buy this product because it's not made well and is expensive for what it is. I'm definitely disappointed and hope to find a better replacement.

After less than 6 months of almost daily use for mu morning coffee, the copper finish on this mug has started coming off. That bothers me, so I will be getting rid of it and finding an all stainless replacement. The mug works wonderful, and I love the bottle opener that came with it, but not so much the finish deteriorating.

Well, it looks great. I use this mug a lot because of the way it looks, but if I had seen it first I don't think I would've bought it. The handle is very narrow for my adult hands, the slider on the lid broke after 3 days, and the insulation is a joke. On the plus side, my nephew really like the bottle opener when I gave it to him.

Exactly as described--the perfect size for a cup of coffee or a beer. Double-walled and the copper is a nice bright colour, not pale or dull. It perfectly matches the copper on the french press I got (the cafe crush club one, ftr). The playing card bottle opener is an adorable bonus that I forgot all about until I opened up the package! This is gonna make a great Christmas gift for the beer-and-coffee-loving gf.

Loved it!Accidentally got put in the dishwasher and the "Copper" started to wear off.Used it for another month or two and then shelved it as it just looked too odd.
