I love this pan except one thing: the underside is poorly machined, has sharp edges, and it will shred your sponge if you try to hand clean it. Then bits of your sponge get stuck there and are incredibly difficult to get out. Overall, I'm happy with this pan and suggest it but it's not *quite* perfect.

Easy to clean, effective product

This is an excellent cookie sheet we are pleased about this cookie pan . We used it for spritz cookies , squash and smashed baked yellow potato it came on time it was packed in a sturdy individual box . The weight is good not too heavy. We did not even use parchment paper easy to clean wipe off and nothing stuck to the pan . It did not bend we will see over time. its a really a good price and you can't find them in stores during Covid. The size works well .5 stars
