Fantastic toolbox for the price. The tools are of decent quality. I love that it has cutouts for the tools -- something that is normally only available in very expensive tool kits. The problem is that two pieces were missing. I would rather not return the whole thing in the hopes of getting my two missing sockets. The only option through Amazon is to return and replace. Might the vendor contact me to get me the missing pieces?

Looks pretty good when I first opened it up and checked everything, plenty of 6 and 12 point sockets, no deep well sockets though if thats what youre looking for. For this price I expected the quality to lack but so far they all seem pretty good condition, ratchets turn smooth, nothing FEELS cheap. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but just going over it initially everything looks solid. Will update as my opinion on it changes, either good or bad.Update 1: I just took apart the ratchets and they are bone dry, no grease or oil lubricants. Not going to hold this against the manufacturer, silver lining is they're easy to take apart, just 3 screws that can be taken out with the included bits. Recommend you open them up and lubricate before doing any work with them though.

The drawers catch the inside of the box when being pulled out, makong a cheap feel. But the inserts and tool quality overall for the price makes this a great basic set for a vacation home or someone who doesn't require a professional grade set at home.

So I am happy with all the tools this kit comes with. I ordered a new one and was sent a used one. Some of the tools were put together and not in their place and the 2 bottom drawers are stuck shut. Have to use a lot of force to open and yes the top lid needs to be open to open the drawers but doesn't help with the 2 bottom drawers. I don't have time to send back to replace the kit. Just wish I was sent a new one and not a used broken one. Would of given 5 starts if the tool box wasn't broken.

Love this tool kit. It gets so much use and even friends who have used tools from it have complemented it. I have a Husky set that has broken faster than these and this is now my main tool set. The foam insert was the biggest seller for me.

The toolbox arrived with no dents or damages, the toolbox is also around 40 lbs with all the tools inside it, with two metal handles on each side to make it slightly easier to lift. I opened the drawers all the tools were scattered around and needed to be put back in its correct spot which took about 2 to 3 mins. The tools itself are of an solid ok quality, if you’re just starting out with tools or if you aren’t going to be using them all day every day you should be good. The bottom drawer gets stuck and I have to use just a little more force to open and close it fully, it’s not smooth but nothing that will drive me crazy, other than that this product altogether gets a solid 4/5 for me.
