The best!
OK, they are very expensive, but these are the best. If you lightly roast them at 210 degrees for about four hours, they are simply amazing. Dana's is a totally reliable supplier. If you are in Seattle, you can buy these from PCC. Otherwise, this is your best option. The imported cashews from India or Viet Nam that are everywhere do not even come close in flavor or freshness.
