This stopped working after only 3 months, and the customer service was awful. Complete refusal to offer repair, refund or even exchange - I was just told it was out of Amazon's 30 day return window. So essentially no responsibility from the company for a faulty product despite it being extremely expensive. Would avoid at all costs.

The first month it works as expected with a strong stream. Over time and after the first recharge, the stream weakens. This was not built for daily use and it’s a poor product that doesn’t last

so handy! fits right in my purse. It is a little bit heavy, but worth it. The pressure is way better than I was expecting and i felt i got a good cleaning.

Other reviews covered the product, I'm going to focuses on the usage. There are number of logistics to think about before using it in public. 1) Practice at home first. The product only provides 25 seconds of water pressure using the included container. You need to how to sit on the toilet, get the device under you, blind-aim with the water, and get enough in the proper area to clean yourself. Definitely something to practice home first. 2) Figure out your water source. If you are using it in a public restroom, you will need to fill up the internal water tank first or have a water bottle with you before you enter a stall. It is highly unlikely that you'll be able to exit the stall to refill the water tank. 3) Figure out how you will dry-off. The product does power wash your underside, but it doesn't dry it. You can just use normal toilet tissue; however, if you are mobility limited or will be in a wilderness site, you might need to think a head. I keep a few 6 inch wooden craft sticks to wrap TP around in my kit. 4) Put together a kit and prepare the cover story for it. If you are going a public event, you might need to explain the product to security. I keep the product, a water bottle, 4 wooden craft sticks, a pack of wet-wipes in my messenger bag and just tell security it is to "power wash" my behind.

Since moving to a country where bidet is non existent, I would say this product is a holy grail. Easy to use, good amount of water and the pressure is great. I personally like the low pressure but according to people in my house, the high pressure works better but hey to each of their own aight. The battery lasts a long time, don't ask me how fast it runs out but u definitely dont charge it that often. Happy customer here
