Seems to do the job
Delivered as promised. It certainly lights up when you plug it in, and power goes through it to the (up to 4) units connected. There is only 1 power cord supplied though. So it seems to work but its true worth hasn’t been tested by a power cut yet. Build quality seems solid. It’s easy to set up and it does buzz a little and it is permanently lit up with large bright green lights. Not something for the bedroom!

Good quiet machine and great customer support
Good little UPS that has sat quietly and done it's job. Superb customer service from the manufacturer when it decided not to be quiet and started emitting a continuous beep. I rang them up and the very helpful tech solved the problem within 10 minutes on an 0800 number and is checking back with me in a fortnight to confirm the unit is okay. The problem was almost certainly down to electricity works at the back of our building rather than the UPS. Highly recommended.

Supplied with a single european plug with a non standard connector
The product works as it is supposed to, I guess. However instead of a standard kettle lead connector it has a custom connector and is supplied with a single European plug. Not much use in the UK. And of course it is impossible to get a lead from anywhere. If you are going to supply to the UK then provide a UK lead. If you can't do that then at least use a standard kettle lead connector that absolutely everything else uses. I was tempted to just send this back and get something else but of course I modified the lead with a UK plug which I guess these days is completely verboten. To add insult to injury it runs incredibly hot and fills the room with the smell of melting plastic.

Great UPS, but no UK Plug...
I've only just recently bought this UPS despite eyeing a UPS up for a while now. I wasn't as prepared as I should have been, so hopefully this review will help you to be more prepared than I was.Pros:- Good, solid unit with a bit of heft.- Apart from the alarms, which are mutable, quiet enough operation even when on battery.- A fair amount of IEC sockets to plug in several devices.- Battery backup and surge protection.- A reasonable 2 year warranty.- Very easy to set up and use, once you have the right cables.- Loud, but mutable alarms.Cons:- Seems to come with a European mains plug instead of a UK mains plug.- Batteries NOT user replaceable.- On the expensive side, but solid enough to excuse this mostly. As this only comes with a European mains plug and only 1 IEC adapter, I recommend that you buy a UK mains plug to power the UPS itself. I also recommend you buy 5 or 6 IEC to UK socket adapters so you can plug your standard UK plugs into the UPS, essential for devices like routers, printers, some monitors etc. that don't have a C13 plug type. These are the cables/adapters I bought, these work great for me.- Invero® 0.5M IEC C14 Cable Connector Plug to 1 Gang Mains Power Lead 13 Amp UK Socket 0.5 Metre(I got 5 of these to plug my monitor, router and other devices for later).- kenable UK Mains C19 Uninterrupted Power Supply UPS/Server Mains Power Cable 2m [2 metres]Overall I am very happy with this UPS. I don't know exactly how long it will power my load on battery. I think it would be pointless to state anyway as my load may differ significantly from yours. I hope this review is helpful to you.

Works a treat!
We are prone to brownouts of like just 1 ot few mins at a time but sometimes multiple per day. Saves my NAS from going into a rebuild for the bad shutdowns that used to occur before this went in place!

Limited functionality and poor reliability.
No data port so you can't connect the unit for monitoring or controlled shutdown in the event of power loss.My unit generated an unspecified alarm after about 30 months (warranty is 24 months). I've purchased and installed maybe 40-50 server class APC UPS's for work and generally they just worked. We replaced batteries at 3-4 years and the units at about 10 years. I only recall a couple having non-battery faults. These domestic grade UPS's seem very poor in comparison

Essentially its a dumb but useful device, although the Humming noise is unbearable when quiet
I bought 3 of these, thinking that they looked great and would fit in better with my current tech aesthetic.I probably should have read more about them, but they are essentially pretty dumb, i.e there is an on and off button and thats pretty much it.They also assume that you already have a Kettle type plug lead to power it up, as there is only one male-to-female kettle plug lead in the box. I bought 3 C14 to UK 4 gang plug adapters to use in the end.Of the 3, two are relatively quiet after their first charge, but they still hum and generate heat, the third device hums at a very loud level as the inverter seems to be permanently engaged. I haven't had a chance to get any support due to other responsibilities. But it does work, although there is nothing other than a loud warning beep when its in use during a power cut, there are no communication ports to shut things down, and no power level meters.I am just using them as an in-line backup for the boiler, and the communication system for the boiler to ensure that any power cuts don't leave us in the cold.

Great product - bought 2
This is perfect for a home office computer and to back up your network, wi-fi and internet switches and routers. I work from home so it allows me to continue working when power is disrupted. I have one to back up my computers and servers and one to back up my network switches, wi-fi router and internet router. I even have a few small lights connected so I am not in the dark. I tested the configuration and got 3 hours of backup. I even ran an extension cable to my smart TV and it worked. Be aware the outlets on the back of the UPS are all IEC 14. I had to purchase IEC 14 to UK standard 3-pin plug adapters to power my devices as none had IEC 14 connectors. Here is a link to the plugs. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0B1JKL86J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 To plug into the wall outlet I also had to buy a EU to UK plug adapter (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07L1LZ57B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) because it comes with an EU two-pin plug and not a UK plug. Minor annoyances but worth it.
