Q: Are the raw ingredients from China? And where is this packed?

One of the accompanying photos says it's from South Korea, but on the package I received, it say product of China. That's a big discrepancy. They also claim in the text description of the product below the initial descriptions, that the chilis are organic. I'm not sure what to believe.

Q: The label says to refrigerate after opening. Am i actually supposed to refrigerate this?

I did. It has lasted a long time and tastes just as good as it did when I got it.

Q: The ad heading says 60oz. Then further down it says weigh 6 oz. Which is it please?

The ad does 6oz but the use of the capital O for oz was a bad choice as it is seen as a zero. Perhaps the company can correct this as it is displayed in several of their products.

Q: Can someone share a recipe on using these gochugaru korean red pepper flakes?

Feel free to add to any dish that you want a mild warm heat filled with UMAMI Use as garnish or in a marinade or replacement for other red dried chilies.
