Wonderful explanation of the most successful social movement in India 🇮🇳
This is an important and timely book. Written in a pleasing style, it covers the how and why of the most successful social movement of independent India. I would have liked a little bit more analysis going into our history and comparisons with other movements, historical and contemporary. There is another book on Shaheen Bagh, but this one is much more readable. If you are interested in the nation's wellbeing and concerned about its future, you must read this book.

A good read about beginning of caa nrc protest and women's role in it...
pls dont mind the overall rating of the book. As I am no a avid reader, I have only gone through of the half of the book. Although there is more or less nothing new regarding the events or incidents mentioned in the book, and probably everyone who seeks truth knows about those already, the book tries to collect all those incidents. it tells about discrimination, feminism and social issues but tries to stay away from politics as much possible. it simply narrates the events around the protest in a very good manner.

Fake Narrative, Propaganda Useless Book - wasted my time
This book is full of misinformation.1. Glorifying people like Sarjeel Imam in this book who was planning to block chicken neck2. Biased and full of fake newsAll working professionals like me who were traveling from that route all those days, we have to travel for 2 hours extra each day to commute for office, so the public know the real pain, as we were closely watching this movement, Propaganda book will not work on us, we are well aware of facts

The Epitome of one the greatest protest in modern history
In recent times where dissent with the ruling government is considered to be anti national and anyone who questions the government's policies is trolled and humiliated this book provides a great chronicle of one the greatest democratic protest in modern history.

A must have, must read.
Though it was extremely difficult, yet the book successfully captures Shaheen Bagh in words and a few pictures. The movement is to be remembered and this book is a tribute to it. Kudos to the authors.

The Power of a Citizen movement & the Nazi's denial
A brilliant brilliant book, exposing the truth of state sponsered actions, which everyone knew anyway. Nazism laid bare.
