Absolutely love this very special toilet seat. Easy to install and works perfectly. Looks so cool in our bathroom and performs all functions beautifully. Heated seat is great for these cold mornings and the warm air bottom dryer is just bliss! I would include a video, but I don’t think anyone needs to see me on the loo! 🤣 Honestly, going to the toilet will never be the same again. I feel like a king! And no more toilet wipes and the risk of clogging up the pipes!

Having recently returned from a trip to Japan to see my son and his family, we were impressed by the smart toilet seat there which are a feature in most family homes and hotels. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m so impressed with this seat and I thought it may be helpful to give an insight after 3 weeks of use and also provide a summary on fitting the product. Features The product works very well. We leave the toilet seat heater and the UV light on all the time. The remote fits neatly on our tiled bathroom wall. The water temperature can be selected as can the pressure to suit. The turbo wash function is excellent, although the dryer is not particularly good (final dry only following the customary wipe with paper). I have read reports that no paper is required – we have not found this, but certainly less is required as the bidet function does most of the “work”. Installation Living in the UK, we do not have sockets in our bathrooms. The electrical connection comes with a fitted UK plug. I cut this off, ran the cable under the bath (after removing the bath panel) and then drilled through from the bedroom next door. I fitted a fused spur from a socket which was on the ring main and wired the cable directly to this. A plumbing kit is included with the seat – this is a basic plastic T connection with a flexi hose for fitting to the toilet. I had read the importance of ensuring that a check valve was important to avoid any contamination issues with the water supply – I’m not sure if this feature is integral to the seat and didn’t want to take any risks. I decided to use JG Speedfit fittings (as shown in the photos). First, I fitted a 15mm double check valve to the copper pipe inlet. I then used a plastic push-fit 15mm T from where I attached two ½” x 15mm flexible tap connectors (one to the toilet cistern, the other to the seat. I found it easier to assemble the valve and the T first due to the restrictions of space in our installation. No leaks first time!

We have had bidets for about 15 years. This one is our third and so we know what to expect. We can say this about this bidet, it's functional it has everything you want from a bidet. It's affordable, this one is the cheapest bidet we have purchased and it is of equal quality and is as comfortable as the more expensive ones we have had before. It fits perfectly was quick to fit and looks good in place. We would recommend to a new user or someone who has purchased this type of bidet before. We don't think anyone will be disappointed with this one we highly recommend.

This toilet seat is a game changer. After doing lots of research, I found the Vovo was the most affordable option for what I wanted and it hasn’t disappointed. The ease of fitting was great, though it does require power, I am lucky to have a socket in my downstairs loo. The quality is good although I feel the lid is a little flimsy. The functions are fantastic I particularly like the water temp and pressure volume. It’s easy to clean and overall a great product. I would recommend. Company customer service is great too!

After having this now for 6 months, I feel like writing a short review This seat is great however the power of the water jet is not as powerful as my previous model so if your intention is to give yourself a daily colonic irrigation, forget it.... It does the job its supposed to however with no issues...... I have the remote attached to the wall via the supplier bracket which is actually magnetic..... You have to be careful not to ever knock or brush past it as it the magnet is the only thing holding the remote on.... Several times ive accidentally caught it and the remote fell away from the holder and smashed on the floor with the battery compartment lid, and batteries flying out in all directions..... I'm worried one of these days the remote will break after falling out.....They could easily solve this with a simple redesign of the holding bracket You can't connect this with the supplied fittings..... Luckily I was replacing my previous model so was able to reuse the components..... They don't supply the 2 way water splitter which is essential...... You will also need to buy PTFE tape for the threads and depending on your toilet, you may need to buy metal washers as when installing the seat, the holes in my toilet were too big causing the supplied fitting to just fall through the hole..... Reducing the size of the hole with a metal washer worked perfect..... This is actually a great seat once up and running and does the job its supposed to..... Was a lot more features than my old seat but admittedly a lot I don't use...... The drying function is pretty much worthless..... Like my previous seat too, you'd have to sit there for 10 mins to dry your ass.... Not sure why they can't much more substantial fans on these..... You may as well waft your ass with a piece of paper....

Customer service are the best ever! The seat and their service are so good I just want to keep buying these seats, just incase no more ever! :'( The Fan is good, deodoriser really works&Def worth paying that Bit more, water instant warm, pressure is fantastic, why anyone says it's not?? No complaints, why anyone could? Packaging was brilliant, product was quality everything from the instructions(laminated) to the fittings. It was easy, painfree(apart from my own pipework). Followed instructions, only I put metal lipped bracket wrong way up so seat moved. Turned other way &sturdy as our Bemis. The fittings for this are good quality & better than other seats. They proved 2 different bracket fitting options, 1for normal loos,screw attachments& 1 for hidden loo,where can't access bolt hole underneath. Where a plug in bracket included. The only problem I had, was my pipework was rigid&angled,so I had too move the actual flusher in cistern, up out way to get the t attachment on. Then screw cistern flush attachment back. Did take little while for my brain to think what to do with this. I did also stupidly try to remove the bottom main nut from pipe,(what idiot wondered y not coming away, glad it didn't gulp)so please don't touch your main pipe nuts etc..🤣as if you would. Anyway was all simple pipe to loo seat, plug in & way to go. The lid is not rigid, but it's strong, though I put pressure on it tightening the bolt behind the Pipework& the seat lid made a scary I'm going to break noise, lucky thankfully didn't. So no pressure on it please. As because it moves each side up down, it has play, it's not going to support a solid mass on it. I can't see it breaking although at first I thought was really low quality and would it's not really tbf The seat is thick no probs there . The only thing is the hole to the bowl, where your wee etc goes, is rather small compared to UK loo seats. So it's noticeable at first, and tad squashy, (I'm not huge, obese,but yes I am not a slinky either). So everyone has noticed the smaller hole &men have noticed there private area nearly touching the bowl, 1 is is bless it's nothing to do with the seat positioning, it's perfect. But no one really complained about it not working for them. I do at times struggle to get the water position right, so I'm not sure it's really designed with us Brits in mind. But you get it to work for you, no problems. Though I get water sprayed on back seat a lot. And have had shoot out the front. However it's a life saver for 2 family members, with severe M.E. who went through hell& sheer exhaustion& time, trying to clean themselves. Made them crash a lot& loo 2 was a burden& misery.. Not anymore, it takes mins to get to the stage took hour+to reach, as they have to have breaks between wiping due to fatigue & exhaustion, from doing the loo& trying to clean. So this is a godsend & also for member family, has problems with no 2, the turbo mode , got them from severe pain, to needing ambulance, thinking it's kidneys,to sigh of relief, messy loo. So this is extremely important for disabled people. It's brilliant &so.are the sellers they are astounding service after care. Xxxx love love love love love. Xxx
