Beautiful bag, the second I've had. The leather is soft and looks great. I will buy another if my latest bag wears out.

Arrived in excellent condition, all zips / poppers working perfectly and all pockets are functional. Came inside the Amazon packaging in a plastic bag, with the bag inside that in a branded dust bag. It fits my 13” MacBook Air perfectly without a case or sleeve with plenty of space for other items so any devices the same size or smaller will fit. The pocket on the back side that is against you is perfect for storing your phone or keys for easy reach. It arrived more ‘wrinkled’ than the picture, but to be expected considering the material & stuffing it with tissue paper should reduce that. The material is lovely and soft and doesn’t feel particularly plasticky which is nice.

Bag is plastic. Very horrid and to make matters worse I tried to return it and they want to charge me for the pleasure. £29 more postage I don’t think so. Unless they refund the postage as well as the bag cost. Will never purchase anything else from Amazon prime again if I have to deal with USA

I really liked this bag even though it came very crushed and I had to sit a book in it for 2 weeks to remove the packing creases. However the 'leather' is peeling off all over the place after relatively limited use so do not recommend this product

This is such a soft and stylish bag. I love all the pockets to keep things in. Got it for Christmas and my daughter loved it so much, I ordered her one for her birthday!

I'm SO excited to share this review. I bought this bag 8 years ago. It has been a CHAMP. I call it my Handbag of Holding. It looks like a purse, but it has the storage of an overnight bag. Seriously. You can book a weekend flight and stuff it with two changes of clothes, makeup, underwear, a curling iron, whatever. It can fit a pint of vodka once you get through TSA. MUST HAVE for your holiday travels. The extended carrying strap broke after 7 years. The material started chipping at 8 years. I finally decided I need a new bag. (Even though I bought a Coach bag, 4 years ago) I had a bigger budget for a new bag.... but I was like... if it's not broke besides being broke from being ridden like a village bicycle, why fix it. SO. Long story short. I bought the same bag. AND IT'S THE SAME BAG!! It's like my purse is getting a mini facial (because considering what I put her through, she's not showing *nearly* as much wear as she should be. [Did I mention I used this as a diaper bag with my 4th kid because I was so over the thought a mom should have a purse AND a diaper bag? You can literally carry 8 diapers, a pack of wipies a bottle, water, powdered formula, whatever else. I carry SO much] This thing is basically a classy hip suitcase. If you want to amaze your friends with how much you can fit into an inauspicious bag- get this. If you just want a cute bag. GET THIS.
