My printer has not worked in months. I went so far as to purchase a used Printer on Ebay for a good price by thinking my old one had finally bit the dust. The seller sent me the Printer but no cords. Long story short, after several attempts to kindly ask the seller to mail the cords, I received NOTHING. No response and no cords. Ebay only backed me up by saying you got what you ordered (the Printer) and never urged the seller to mail me the cords. I went back to plan A and decided to try to figure out the problem with my original printer. Then it came to me.. My ink cartridge might be dry. So I looked on Amazon and purchased an off brand ink cartridge with good reviews. I received the cartridge quickly and removed all of the tapes and installed it and I am so happy to report.... My printer is working like it's brand new. I took a chance on purchasing a cartridge for less money and found out this seller deserves a 5 Star Rating. They now have my Printer back to normal and the Printer with no cords will be put away for future use, if needed. And... BTW... I purchased the missing cords from another seller. It's always good to have a back up plan!!! Be Kind... No matter the situation!!

1 cartridge worked, 1 didn't. Ordering a package with two was a poor value because only 1 of the 2 was usable. Seller replaced the defective cartridge to my satisfaction.

Said they worked in my HP printer. Put them in, got "not compatible" error messages, and I tried several times including reboots. Save your money.

I have bought these refills for my printer several times and have always been satisfied. The quality seems to be as good as the name brand but much cheaper. I like that they are refilled and reused. No problem with performance or longevity.
