I have used many Tava before this
Dosa Pan or Tava what ever you call it. This has to be the best one I have ever used. I use it on a electric stove and keep it medium. It gets warm very quick

It burned with the first use. Now it is useless. I was expected high quality tawa that would be useful for more than 1 use with this kind of price.

Decent Quality, But Not Non-Stick
The tri-ply stainless steel tawa is well-built and distributes heat evenly, which is great for making rotis and dosas. It feels sturdy and durable, and I appreciate that it doesn’t have any chemical coatings. However, food tends to stick quite a bit, even with proper seasoning and oiling. Cleaning it can be a hassle, especially after cooking something like dosa. It’s also a bit heavier than expected, which might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it’s a decent product, but if you’re looking for a non-stick experience, this might not be the best choice.

Do NOT buy this
Pl. do NOT buy this as it would be a complete waste of money. It is much more expensive than an iron tawa but not better at all in any way, actually it is a lot worse. I used it only once and posted a picture of how it becomes after one use ! The burnt portion on the sides cannot be cleaned even with the toughest scrub. I have a stainless steel pan from another company and it does not get burnt at all

Initially I liked the packaging and product of this product. But after 2-3 days of use I realized that this product is not that good. Because it is very expensive and the quality is not that special. I made chapati and bhakari on this tava, chapati is okay, it does not stain that much, but when we make bhakari, this tava turns very black and sticks. And then you have to work hard to remove those stains. It is dishwasher safe but the stains do not come off easily, you have to wash it by scrub. So I will not suggest this product at all.
