The best thing about this treadmill is that it is so sturdy and the belt is amazing. The screen is big and the running space is also quiet good. It’s incline and speed is also great and it doesn’t make a lot of noise.

The media could not be loaded.  If had an option of rating 0 star, I would have given that. If you really care for your hard earned money then never go for powermac products. Their quality and performance of their products are pathetic. I bought this machine last year (Nov 2022). The machine that was delivered to me was defective. Its incline function was not working. I called the company and they told me that they did not have the part. When I asked them when will they get the part, the customer service rep literally told me he didn't know - it can take a month or 6 months. So I asked him to replace my machine, which I think was a very fair ask. Imagine you spend INR 95000 on a product and then can't use it properly for next 6 months. I had to formerly lodge a complain with Amazon, I am sure they have all the records. Amazon took this up with powermax, and they finally agreed to send a technician to repair the defective part. The technician told me that the part needed to be sent to the company. He took the part. I received it almost after a month. But the incline function was still not working. I called up the company again to inform about the same. The technician came again to see and told me that the part can't be rectified. You need to get the new part. I again lodged a complain. Almost after a month they agreed to send me a new part. This new part that came was again defective. This time the incline was working but the machine was stopping by itself after 4 -5 mins of run. I called them up again. Their technician came and told me the part needs to be send tot he company. I again waited for a month before they sent the part. Guess what, the machine was working but the incline wasn't working again. Now I have given up on them. I should ideally get my refund and they should take this faulty machine back. I am going to go the consumer court. These companies need understand that they can't make a fool of customers. When you buy products, they make tall claims and then totally forget about it.

Good Heavy Duty Machine. Pricey! Only time will tell whether worth for money or not. Services from company too poor! Don't depend on them too much.

Its a very sturdy machine. The UI coupd have been better. Overall its a good machine.

In service, they take approximately 10 days to resolve..Poor belt functioning, can't resolve it after 3 monthsPls don't go for powermax

I had order product worth of Amazon 102000 and even though product was not delivered Amazon didnt refund the full amount. On questioning them Amazon said we cant do anything about it follow up with bank. Bank said Amazon didnt refunded. Stuck between both I lost 2000 rupees for a product that was not delivered.

The media could not be loaded.  Heavy machine. But It's already in inclined position(2-3%) as shown above while placed normally due to roller in front base. It's not a problem. No issue..But Suggest some kind of arrangements if possible to place at 0% incline
