Good size fat separator with strainer
Fat separators I bought in the past were too small. This is great and the strainer is so useful. For sturdiness I gave 4 stars because it’s made of plastic and therefore, brittle.

Buy cheap, buy twice
The media could not be loaded. Used maybe 3 times and the seam broke. Leaked fat all over countertop

Disappointed
Initially I was pleasantly surprised with this product, it looks good, appears sturdy and worked very well.I purchased this in July 2021 and after using no more than 12 times it has cracked and split. I make the gravy in a glass Pyrex jug first before transferring to the fat separator. It has always been hand washed after use. So please be aware that although it is good value it doesn’t seem to have lasted, for me anyway.

Cheap, useful, but cracks with heat
I bought one of these as it was so much cheaper than others that look identical. At first I was really pleased with it, but today I poured chicken juices in it straight from the oven and it cracked. Blamed myself for not thinking to let the juices cool first, but send others have had the same problem even with hot water!
