Great for all kinds of cooking
This is always the first ingrediant that I use to make my Ramen noodle soup base, along with shitake mushrooms, shaved bonita and kelp. Great Japanese Umami flavors. All strained, so no one will ever know you used anchovies because some people just think they are gross, ha!

Dogs Love Them!!!
Got them as treats for my dogs. We try to get them grain free, healthy treats when possible. Can't beat the omega fatty acids in anchovies.

Photos are misleading, must be refrigerated
Should have read the reviews. Like others, I received these at room temperature with no attempt made to keep them COOL, let alone actually refrigerated. Package is identical to the photos on the product page EXCEPT for the large "keep refrigerated" that is on the actual package but NOT the one pictured on the product page.I'm counting cost as a stupidity tax, since I would have been warned off if I'd checked the reviews before ordering.Nasty and dangerous.

Good price for how much you get.
I use this item for variety of meals especially for soups. And I give these fish to chickens and dogs after I use them for cooking.
