Really good quality.
This is really well made, easy to fit and use. It appears to have been made in Turkey. All the parts are obvious and well packaged. I wouldn't have any doubt about buying another one.

Sturdy, with one reservation
Good quality construction and easy to fit but although it's strong enough to hold 15kg, it is then very difficult to push back up. There's a spring to assist, but only once you've lifted the rail above the horizontal. To overcome this problem, I replaced one of the screws with a longer one to act as a stop, preventing the rail from dropping beyond the point where the spring assists the lifting.

Strong pull down clothes rails
Love these pull down clothes rails. Allows us to full use the space in our tall wardrobes. Handle a full set of suit jackets easily. Impressed so far. Would recommend

Makes high cupboard space available
This is a great product. The to area of most tall cupboards becomes a shelf and dumping ground. This makes that very accessible and looks very impressive when you pull down the bar to use. Be careful when fitting, ensure the bar is upright (stopper provided ) and position the product so the bar is in the middle between front and back of cupboard, or when you load the bar the hangers may stick out or be positioned too far back and hit the back of the cupboard. This looks so cool when used.

Received incorrect part to build.
I received the incorrect part to build this. I ordered 2 and one was fine. Second hand incorrect fitting for the pole photos show that the grey bit is much larger on two of them. Third is the correctly delivered one.Can I be sent the correct size part please and will amend my review.

Good concept.
Quite hard and heavy to pull down. Maybe too many coats on it? I thought it would be easier to use.
