Gorgeous plant! Arrived in perfect condition in its box that said “let me out!”. Great humor and so well cared for, I would definitely order from this company again.

Do NOT buy these overpriced plants you can get these for $5 at any shop that sells plants. The image is completely misleading these plants are extremely small, I received two maybe 3 inch tall plants for almost $40 each, complete rip off and you can’t even return them.

The plant was packed with care. It is even more beautiful than the picture. I will definitely order from American Plant Exchange again! The only drawback is it was much smaller then in the photoThank you

American plant exchange has been consistently solid for at least 3 to 4 years for me if not almost 10 to be honest. Every time I tell people I ordered Amazon they like wait what?!. First one I recommend to them of course is American plant exhchange.So the plant I put a picture down below is the medallion Calathea and that’s a perfect example of what you generally get from American plant exchange mind you this has grown for about three weeks or so. Came healthy nice size and has since just grown so fast.On another note I did order a rattlesnake plant 4 inch which I knew it wasn’t gonna be huge but in my past I’ve ordered them and they always exceed my expectations, but this was a gift and it arrived and to say it was small as putting it lightly I’ll try to get a picture up in a second but the great thing about American planet exchange is they just took care of it no qualms didn’t over Hassle me and refunded me and allowed me to get another plant .If you’re hesitant about ordering from them please remember what I just wrote above their customer service is impeccable it’s really fantastic if you truly get a plant that did not be expectations or is just in bad shape that’s not their ammo these guys generally deliver plants that over exceed expectations💯👍👍 huge plant guys here so I hope my approval at least helps with your decision a bit!!

I love it. Will buy more. However a few leaves are yellowing and some were ripped. Not sure what the straw like piece of wood is for or the white bag of dirt or something with the red strip is. Hopefully she heals and grows.

I received a plant last week in a tall box that had clearly been kicked around and mishandled. I could hear dirt and rocks rolling around and was expecting a dead plant. It turned out to be a fake plant I had ordered instead.Because of the experience I was extremely worried that this guy would meet the same fate. I was happily mistaken. The box was placed outside my door, right side up, and it was clear as soon as i opened the box it had not so much as tipped sideways during the trip. There were very clear instructions for the package handlers regarding the contents and the plant was treated with care.I have never ordered a plant online before and didn't expect it to look at all like the pictures, but again, I was happily mistaken! Not a single branch was broken on the way here, and there are tons of little buds sprouting up, ready to moved to their own pots. The leaves are beautiful, not bent, not broken, and the color is lovely!This is my first live plant since childhood, and it has had the best start possible. I hope I can keep it looking this beautiful forever.Update!Second image is from 1 week after receiving the plant. I planted it in a larger planter with mix of coco peat & perlite yesterday, and it seems to have woken up and spread out beautifully overnight.
