Very nice case. I like that it's one piece, and it's quite easy to install the phone. Just snaps in. Quite different from the Otterbox Defender series case that is my usual choice. My only minor gripe is that it's a little bit slippery compared to the Otterbox, which uses a rubbery outer layer. But then the Otterbox is a much bulkier case. I just have to grip this case tighter when picking it up, and be a bit more careful overall. Of course the case is far grippier than the phone without a case. This case also works well with my cordless charger pad--much less finicky than my previous S8+ with the Otterbox Defender case. (I should say I would have got an Otterbox Defender case for this phone had they made one for the S20FE at this time. But then I never would have found this case, which I'm quite happy with so far after around a week of use.)

Great sturdy case, multiple drops with no damage, definitely adds some thickness. Just wish they had the ice hybrid case I used to have on my s8 and s10+. This case is expensive but well worth it if you need protection and like a little added thickness for a better grip while handling this phone. I have 3 other cases and use this one more than the others.

The build quality of this seems pretty good and while it may not protect as well as some other cases I have used in the past it is slimmer and doesn't have bits that are likely to tear, wear, and break off. Another positive is the area around the USB connector is sized such that USB-C accessories that do not fit in many protective cases should work in this. The opening for the USB-C connector is roughly the size of a USB-A connector - so plenty of room for most devices and connector bodies. The back appears to be real carbon fiber - or a very good feaux carbon fiber - not the typical fake carbon fiber junk.

I got this case for cheap, and it's one of the best values that I've seen so far. UAG's protection is top notch, the case doesn't add to the thickness too much. However, it can be really difficult to get the phone out of the case.

Dropped my phone at least four times with this case. Did it's job perfectly. The only reason I'm buying a second one is because after 5 years of use the power button cover gave out.
