Fantastic! Put this in a 03 Tundra trd sport that I have had since new that I restored so I really wanted to modernize the electronics. I had an Alpine ilx 407 7" with Infiniry Alpine 2" tweeters speakers and Rockford Fosgate 10" 300 watt sub. This JVC made a huge difference and I haven't dialed it in yet, I got it for the screen but the sound is way better than the Alpine.

This was the perfect upgrade when my factory stereo burned out in my Toyota Tacoma. Easy to self install with some basic tools (having a heat gun and shrink connectors made a big difference). This unit has tons of on board power from the factory and brought my Rockford Fosgate punch speakers to life. Excellent controls and customizability and adding wireless car play was a Major plus. The sound quality is really top notch and the features are great for audiophiles but even a novice can readily configure this system to get the best possible sound out of whatever components you connect to it. This was the perfect choice for me and is an outstanding product.

The only thing I have negative to say is when I'm talking on the phone, people say I'm hard to hear and have an echo. Other than that, the sound is great and the carplay connects very fast.

The radio mounts very solid. The screen is super clear (HD), and detailed. My system even sounded better once installed. Highly recomended!

I installed it in my 2018 WRX and the fit was perfect. Would highly recommend. Many amazing options.

I bought this for my 2013 Honda Ridgeline and installed it myself. I loved it. However, from time to time it would restart itself and then it would be fine. … but it kept doing it. I rewired it twice and even took it to be a stereo shop to have it bench tested but they could never reproduce the restarts. So they tore out all my work and reinstalled it and it worked fine for about 8 months and then the restarts started all over again and they happened more often than before. Since I was 2 years after purchasing the unit, I am passed any warranty period so I bought another unit somewhere else and installed it and have had no problems since putting it in 2 weeks ago. I just got a bad unit but can’t do much about it now because it took so long to diagnose. JVC support wasn’t much help when I reached out to them.

So far so good connects wonderfully and the wireless mirroring is the best thing so far.

Connects quickly, great sound, easy to use, screen is clear.
