They have to be refrigerated after opening
My son has been taking these since his ACL repair almost a year ago, while I can't say for certain they have helped, his recovery process as gone well with no set backs. Everyone saying their pills got moldy I can almost guarantee did not read the label as these have to be put in the refrigerator after use. We have been through several bottles with zero issues.

Runner with torn meniscus
I have been taking this product for 3 years. It was recommended by my Acupuncturist who I see weekly for tune ups and to help me with issues encountered with running. I have a torn meniscus and chose to let it heal on its own with help from acupuncture and vitamins. Ligament Restore has been a huge help in this process of getting me back out to run. I like the natural properties of the product and see a huge difference when I stop taking it so I try not to do that too often!. I take it daily in most cases. It does not hurt my stomach and I store it in the refrigerator as instructed on the bottle. Hope this helps...

Pills turned color
I wasn't in love with this item, not sure if it did anything. The pills started changing color after a month. Not sure if I should buy again
