This is a great product, it helps to give shape to your beard and eyebrows for a clean look!

First of all, I use Pacino's products and never have had a problem with them. They do what they say what they will do and more compared to other manufacturers. I ordered my beard pen as I always do, but this one particular time when I got it used it, it only worked right with the first application and went dry. Before any of you jump to conclusions, I did put the cap back on it and I always keep it in the box upright. I sent Pacinos a message regarding my experience and how displeased I was and I want you to know they immediately responded and sent me out a new beard pen and it works great. Great customer service. I will continue to use their products and you need to as well. Thank you Pacinos for caring about your customers 👍👏

not satisfied with how fast it dries out, my face gets more red than anything from trying to push the product out. also trying to get more "ink" or whatever it's called out to the brushes is clearly impossible. i got this for my husband.

Amazing job, I dont believe it

I like how easy it is to use and how long it last if you put it on right. Meaning you should put it on with your face completely dry. No moisture not even sweating. It blends into hair very well. It has lasted from the night I put it on my face until the next night. I don't like that the pen doesn't last more than 3 - 5 uses if you use it on both sides of your face. It would be awesome if they allowed you to buy refills. It dries fast and if you want that sharp edge than don't brush/blend it in. Spending $20 for so little use can become expensive. Especially if you wanted to use it everyday or two. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

I naturally have a pretty full beard, but I got this to help fill in some thinner areas around my cheeks to make it more prominent. I noticed a difference right away with just a few passes. The brush that comes with it for "blending" is very rough and it hurt my face from where I had to constantly blend the product in. The pencil filler is so easy to brush off that I had to redo it a couple times. The bristles hurt and my face was in mild pain for about 45 mins after using the brush so much in one spot. I will be using a different, softer brush, for sure. For those who are checking product quality, I also scanned it on the Yuka app and it only got a 41/100 and came up as poor quality on their scale. If you aren't familiar with the app, you scan food and makeup products and it will tell you how good they are for you or your skin. I don't use it everyday, but I bought it just to have for special occasions and whatnot. I will probably do more research to see what else is out there though.
