Protective Headgear for Teens and Adults Ultra Protective Headband by Forcefield

I really like this headband for my daughter for figure skating. I have purchased other brands of protective headbands in the past and like the fact that this one opens via Velcro and therefore is adjustable. Other bands that don’t open tend to be quite small even for my tiny 9 year old and when the headband is cold, it won’t stretch to go on her head whereas this one goes on easily! I will be ordering another for my other daughter.

Does what I want, gives me some protection from head injury if I fall on ice. I have a smaller head so this fits fine if it is warmed before I put it on (it shrinks in the cold and I am using it on ice). However it only gives you some protection, I do not think it will prevent a concussion.

My 11 year old grandson recently sustained a severe head injury. In addition to a fractured skull, he incurred a massive laceration that required plastic surgery. He's extremely athletic and can't wait to go out for basketball & football. His Pediatrician said no way without some type of protective headgear. I bought this protective headband to hopefully cover those concerns.

I ordered this for my grandson who has seizures and mainly was hitting his forehead. I found this to be very useful and he wears it all the time.

A little on the stiff side but works for my 12 year old daughter who plays flag football.

Again, another item I wasted good money on and didn't return when I could have. The kids hate these and refuse to wear them. They're stiff and uncomfortable. Can't protect you from a concussion if they aren't on your head. I just don't see they'd work even if you did wear them.

The shipped product was not even close to the one advertised on the internet The picture accompanying the ad was not even of the same brand product. Very disappointed.
