To be honest, I found these awful tasting. The lemon was overpowering and the olives were too soft for my liking. I would not purchase again.

Yummy, delicious, addicting! Brilliant on salads, as a before dinner snack paired with raw goat cheese and carrots, or on fish! I save the brine and pour it over salmon.

I have a new favorite lunch which consists of these olives, Ithaca lemon dill hummus and celery sticks or Mary’s Black sesame crackers. Soooo good! And so good for you!!

These olives are delicious! I think they were on the pricey side for the amount you get though.
