I’ve never tried to use it for that. It’s perfect for curling and triceps movements. It’s longer than a typical triceps rope.

Can I put my feet threw the loops and do reverse crunches on a cable machine?

I wear a size 9 D shoe and they fit thru the loops up to the laces.
