Took an hour before bed time, went to bed reading a book which helps me doze off and quiet my brain. After about two hours I was still awake and had the start of a headache which seem to worsen so I took some aspirin which seemed to help. Needless to say it didn’t work and I didn’t fall asleep. I tried it again and same reaction within an hour and a half headache which grew worse but aspirin seemed to help but wasn’t able to sleep.

Did not help my sleep issues. I had a headache on the days I took the supplement.

This really helped me on those nights that I couldn't fall asleep. I like that it was separate pills. One each doing its own job. Good value for what I received

I have used many sleep aids over the past couple years, even ones specified for anxiety. Most leave me feeling dizzy and drowsy in the morning. I do not feel that at all using this and in fact I have never slept better! It’s great! And natural😊

So far these vitamins seem to be working to help me relax. Not sure if I stay asleep. I like the individual packaging and it’s scored for easy opening to tear it open.

Didn't seem to make any difference

It is meeting my need for sustaining sleep through the night without a groggy feeling in the morning.

I will definitely buy these again. The combination works well. I have trouble sleeping and these work well.
