First introduced by my wellness nutrition/chiropractor who also practices applied kinesiology in 2010, I have 'tested' for it multiple times and have found this product to help my mind and body release negative mood/thought patterns and thus reduce anxiety. I am finding this product to be very helpful for insomnia. When I wake in the middle of night and can't return to sleep because my mind is in overdrive, I sip 2-3 drops of this in a little water. It works very well, and little else has helped!

I've been using White Chestnut for several years. Two drops in a glass of water at bedtime helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I've always had a hard time "turning off my mind" at bedtime and it would take at least an hour to fall asleep. This product helps me fall asleep usually within 10 minutes and doesn't make me groggy when I wake up. This is a wonderful product - I love it.

All I can say is Wow. Struggling with falling asleep, I took 3 drops before my evening shower and I was feeling sleepy by the time I was applying my skincare routine.It's that nice feeling in your arms and legs- right before you're falling asleep on your own. I didn't expect this to be so powerful.I don't think I'll be able to take it during the day to quiet my mind, but I might try one weekend, starting with 1 drop.Great quality and fast delivery.

White Chestnut is a quality anti-anxiety Flower Essence. It does take some time to get used too but it works very well. My worries and anxieties calmed down a whole lot. I will keep it my cabinet of holistic products.

This stuff is unbelievable. I have not slept this great in 7-8 years. Start with 2-3 drops, and add a drop after a couple of days. I worked up to 5-6 drop an hour or so before I go to bed. Don't overdo it. It made my legs spasm one night I took like 8-10 drops. I wake up very clear headed, not groggy at all.

At first I didn’t see a difference. So I took a break and tried again. I use 10 drops under my tongue before bed. It definitely now works! I fall asleep faster and usually when I wake up in the middle of the night my “monkey brain” isn’t triggered. I feel calm and fall back to sleep!

Did not really notice anything while taking this.
