These chewable fiber tabs are a little chalky but better than most. Very easy to add to your daily routine, just need to follow with at least a full glass of water. Oh and they work!

Work well, I used to take Chewable Oat pills from one of my favorite vitamin companies, used them for years, now they decided to change products and added some weird filler that’s not healthy and ruined the taste. These, taste is just OK. Kind of expensive since you need a lot. I take two with three of another product because of price. Worth a try if you need the extra fiber.

These tablets taste pretty good. Reviews reported a chalky taste - hey, these are fiber tablets, not candy! Chew them and drink some water - which you need with fiber anyway. As some people mentioned these taste a little like vanilla chalk. For me that's good thing, I can't stand the sickly sweet fruit flavor most fibre chews and gummies come in. Got this to help get some fiber in while I'm pregnant and struggling with eating a healthy diet due to food aversions and morning sickness. I've been craving vanilla flavors, and chewable tablets have been the best, so I felt pretty confident about this. Let me tell you, maybe it's the pregnancy hormones, but it was absolutely disgusting. If there was any flavor, it was "medicine tablet" flavor. I ended up having to spit it out and rinse my mouth out. Gave it an extra star because, hey, it does have fiber and so probably does what it's supposed to, I just couldn't get past that awful taste.

So I've been having issues with chronic constipation for a few yrs now and at this point I'm willing to try anything that will take that miserable bloat feeling away, I've been taking fiber gummies which are good in taste but are kinda hit and miss when it comes to helping me go. So I bought these fiber delights to try them out. First of all their kinda like tums in a way. Their kinda chalky and taste kinda like a marshmallow. Not the greatest taste wise but I have to say they do help with constipation

These seem to be effective (I've been using for 2 weeks). The only drawback for me: a slightly chalky taste. The vanilla flavor can't hide that completely. So it 's not a real pleasure to suck on the tablet. But it's okay.
