Those who have severe cough could use Eladi (the one with white, orange and red cover). It's is bit bitter due to pepper taste. The green one (Ela) is really a soothing one. It's worth the money we spend. Both gives you freshness and relief after use.

The taste of the candy is sweet and little bit spicy. Whatever they mentioned in the ingredients is to the point . IT WORKS. my mom's cough instantly settled down and in a few days went away completely .the allopathy medicines were not working. And I have found a new found trust on ayurveda .slowly but steadily.

I was excited to try these traditional Eladi sweets from Kandamkulathy, but what showed up didn't quite match my expectations. The items inside looked like they'd been jostled around quite a bit during transit, leaving them a bit messy and not as fresh as hoped. Flavor-wise, they're decent with that classic herbal note, but the overall experience was underwhelming due to the condition they arrived in. Might be worth checking other options if you're picky about quality on delivery. 2 stars.
