Now a days wheat flour is totally stripped off all the goodies it used to have previously. This is a good re-addition for your chappati/bread flour. The carbs in it are mostly fiber but it greatly increases the taste, texture of the chappatis. Add as per as your preference. Good for the gut too.

Check the shelf life before buying
Check the expiry before U order. I ordered in the past several Packs together & ended up throwing away 3 packs after a few days. Because the shelf life is too short.

Good Quality Wheat Bran
This is a good product and buying it for the second time from the same seller. I buy it for my 83 year old mother and she is more than happy and likes the product. Easily digestable and loaded with fibre. Go for it.
