Video Doorbell C210 1080p (Battery-Powered)

I had a Ring doorbell, but I was tired of them raising the subscription price every year. To me, they are ripping off their customers This unit has a much better video and audio than the Ring. Seriously better. Motion detection is much better also. No false notifications like the Ring had. Easy to install. No wires needed. Battery life TBD, but still shows a full charge after a few weeks of use. Easy to charge when it is needed. Just pops out to plug into a USB B mini-cord. App is easy to download. Works great. Connects with Alexa so it will announce what you want through Alexa, or Google or Apple. Has a second unit which is plugged into an outlet in the house. The memory card in the indoor unit records all events, thus no need for a subscription. This keeps the events system secure, since it is inside the house. Unit is also the chime. So you can have events announced just through the chime, or the app or Alexa (Google Home or Siri) or any combination. Works much better than Ring and no subscription fees. One of my best purchases of the past few years. Update on battery life. The manufacturer suggests the battery will last up to six months before it needs to be charged again. My experience is 2 recharges required in a year. So they're telling the truth. And it's easy to charge. Also - the app shows the charge level, so no surprises.

I'm so pleased with this! 1st time ever purchasing a security system in my 50 years but my neighbors in building absolutely lead me to purchase this. I'm single female and did not want anything that required major installation and this was perfect for me! No wiring, no nails or screws! I paired this with the dorebellboa and it is excellent! I'm considering buying another for my back door but I might just move. (it's that bad). I love that I can leave my place and still monitor my front hall if I want to right from my phone. I don't even have to get out of bed if I hear a loud noise in front entrance of building to my doorway. There was no peep hole so I purchased this cause I was hearing so much noise in front hall in all strange hours of the night. I would highly recommend this and the dorebellboa to anyone renting or doesn't want to get hung up on door installations. I LOVE THIS SYSTEM! But, it's my 1st security system purchase too. I do want to give a shout out to LifeHackster Youtube channel. I referred to his channel for the set up and he is excellent! It just made my life so much easier! I also bought the Wyze 3 cam and love that too. I actually just purchased an additional 2 cams just now. I utilize my eufy along with the wyze and this has been great. I really am enjoying both systems. My neighbors....they aren't enjoying it as much. The audio can pick up all kinds of comments. The system also allows me to save and download specific footage to my phone. It's a great system and reliable in the sense if you will need to provide proof of harassment or awful activity going on that you wouldn't be able to prove it not recorded. My only complaint is that I have 5G wifi and both systems aren't compatible so you'll just have to bump your wifi down to the 2.4 version. I was a little surprised cause I could've sworn they were both advertised as workable with 5G but they aren't. This was only frustration. I thought I'd run into issue cause my private router was set to 5g so i just bumped it down in the settings and there isn't a problem. Keep in mind, if you notice one night your system doesn't record events then you might need to shutdown and reboot router and reset the security system too. That is what I did and it works no problem after that. I do run system all the time so I'm due to charge soon. I installed the system on 1/21/2021 and it's now 2/6/2022 and it runs 24/7. I don't think that is bad the fact that it needs a charge now!

Let me start by saying:-----..this UV doorbell camera with home base is so close to being the MVP of my smart home setup. It looks sleek, records crisp video, and the home base is like the brainy sidekick that never forgets a thing. I feel like Tony Stark every time it pings me with motion alerts—minus the billion-dollar suit and emotional baggage. Installation? Easy. App interface? Smooth. Video quality? So good I saw my mailman practicing shadowboxing on my porch. Respect. Now, the connectivity… ehhh. It’s not terrible, but it’s like that one friend who shows up late to every party and blames traffic. Sometimes it lags, sometimes it drops for a few seconds, and sometimes it just decides to take a nap while someone’s at the door. If your Wi-Fi is anything less than Olympic-level, expect a few hiccups. Still, for the price and features, it’s a solid buy. Just don’t expect it to livestream your front porch during a solar flare or while your router’s doing interpretive dance. Would I recommend it? Yes—with a side of patience

We purchased this doorbell specifically because it didn’t need to be wired to previous doorbell and because there were no subscription fees. It took a little while to get it working properly to record but that was due to a faulty SD card and to no fault of the camera itself. I love that you can see the events and that you don’t have to pay a monthly fee to do so. Picture quality is great and the app is quite user friendly. The only thing that could improve on our end is the motion detection being quicker. We have ours aimed down our stairs and the motion detection set to high but if a delivery driver is super quick to drop off a package, the camera misses the event. This may be solve-able if we were to move the camera to another location but we have it covering the hole in our house from our old doorbell so we prefer not to move it. Otherwise, it’s a great camera. Battery life doesn’t last quite as long as we had hoped but it’s chargeable and super easy to do so has caused us no issues.

Compre este producto en 2023. Lo compre porque tenia el opcion de conectarlo inalambrico y no era necesario tener una suscripción para usar el app de mi celular. Fue muy fácil instalar y actualizar los datos. Desde principio tenia muchas problemas conectar con el timbre para hablar con el gente. A veces no conectaba o estaba muy lento los comunicaciones. No es porque estaba mal el señal, estaba de 100%. Hable con el soporte de Eufy pero siempre decían que era problema con mi red Wifi. Bueno, batalle con esas problemas para mas de 1 año cuando al final el dispositivo del camera empezó a llegar los mensajes "esta actualizando el timbre" y nunca termino. Tenia que bajar el timbre del app y añadirlo de nuevo para que lo empieza a funcionar de nuevo para unas dias. Al final decidí comprar otra de otra marca y de verdad estoy much mas feliz con el nuevo timbre. Con el mismo red Wifi en mi casa la nueva timbre comunica muy bien y tiene opciones mejor. Yo recomiendo que buscas otras opciones.

This door bell is super easy to install. The quality is great and really modernized the look of my house. The battery is great except it drained quick when i first got it because was playing with it do much. The video (1080) and sound quality is also top notch. I like that they have versions at different price points. Best of all, no subscription and your data is stored locally. Needs better integration with google home but that is more of a nice to have feature and the company was very responsive to this feedback. Overall i highly recommended.
