Q: How long can this stay good without refrigeration? I forgot to refrigerate after opening. I only use when out of bugs

It depends, did you touch it? If your using sterile instruments to remove the gel... Awhile, if not I'd give it an hour or two left out at room temp before bacteria start really growing. If you leave it out and seal it with out transfering germs, it'll be a little more mushy, but not damaging.

Q: Do you warm the food before feeding your gecko?

No, feed it cold to maintain form and prevent growth of bacteria, etc. Additionally, this will drop the body temp. of whatever cold blooded animal you are feeding it to and ensure they engage in whatever basking/heating method to raise their body heat and digest the food as quickly as possible. Just remember to give them access to heat.

Q: Can i give this to an anole lizard? she is special and can’t eat bugs. i have to make a paste for her to eat and wonder if this would be good.
