I am on a lot of medications due to military-related illnesses and injuries. With these, as well as prior pill organizers, I kept five sets so I could easily keep at least a month's worth of pills organized (first photo). They all did a good job helping me keep track of whether or not I took the pills for a particular day.OTHER PILL ORGANIZERS. Most previous pill organizers had a hard time holding all of the pills I needed them to. All of the previous pill organizers were painful to reload. I had to bend back the lids to put the pills in (second photo). Doesn't sound so bad until you end up having to put 29 pills in each day's or night's box.EASE of REFILLS. The best feature to me is the ability to easily refill the containers. Instead of having to bend back each tabbed lid, I can just turn the whole organizer upside down, remove the bottom (it has sturdy hinges that snap into place to hold the whole thing together), and drop all the pills into place (third photo). No holding the lids open with one hand, while trying to add the pills with the other hand. This is a great time saver and it is much easier to ensure the pills go into the right compartment.COLOR CODING. My only issue - or request - of the company is to have a set that is color coded by day and night instead of daily. It would make it much easier to distinguish day meds from night meds. Currently, there is only a symbol distinguishing day from night meds.EASE OF CLEANING. Have you ever tried to clean the insides of pill organizers? It is difficult, if not impossible. These organizers. however, are very easy to clean. The bottom, although quite secure, can easily be taken off when you want it off. Also, the covers can be pulled off so you can easily clean all parts of the pill organizer (fourth photo).CONCLUSION. These pill organizers are by far the best ones I have used. I highly recommend them over all of the others. They have plenty of room, are easy to fill, are easy to clean, and securely hold the medications.

Large enough for 4 capsules plus softgels and a few smaller pills. Not cumbersome at all. The entire bottom comes off so it's very easy to reload and having different colored days helps to focus which days were used. The colors are cheerful for something that can be a depressing task - every little bit helps! The day/night labels could be slightly larger. All-in-all it was a good purchase.

I like how large the compartments are and it's solid so I don't worry about it falling apart of loose pills.

Holds quite a few pills. Very easy to refill with medication.

Not especially fond of black but it works. I have a hard time reading the 'day' on each lid ... So I painted the inside of the lids white. Works great now.

Why? One for medications and one for my vitamins and supplements. This is super easy to load as the whole bottom is removable providing clear visibility of the med pockets. When I travel overseas this is my go to and I carry a pharmacy print out of the medications that are in my organiser. Currently I am on no evening medication so when I load it I have two weeks worth of poured medications. Lids are tight and I have not had a failure yet (over 4 years using them).

I've special needs children who take medicine day & night. Each week the medicine is sorted for each day of the week, so the opening & closing tab would always break off and we had to purchase another one. This is the FIRST time we have gone through TWO YEARS without having to purchase a new one. I've NEVER made it past 6 months. I would recommend this organizer to anyone who uses a medication organizer DAILY unless you don't mind getting a new one every 6 months or so. It's worth the price too. This concept is great, I just wished they made it in different sizes. I searched everywhere on the internet for a day/night in a mini size because I only take one tablet in the am and one in the pm. Nobody seems to make such a design. I can’t be the only one who could use a mini version, not everyone takes mass amounts of pills, as all these pill organizers seem to think.
