Was OK at first, then the red dye started leaching out on my skin around the 1st week. That went on for about 2 weeks and didn't do it anymore. Now on day 31, yes 1 day after the return period ended the band started separating on the sides. Now the band is delaminating and coming apart. I was expecting higher quality than this.

The material is brittle, it looks toasted, it does not look or smell like genuine leather, you can not even touch it hard because it peels, the light rubbing between the same straps is peeling it.While it was spread out in its box it looked brown in all its extension, when it was folded to put it on, it started to clear up as if it was broken inside the material. This pulse is for a few days, if at all, after that, it will have to be thrown away.

So the band I received looks NOTHING like the photo.The company quickly took care of it and sent the proper item. This item is normally about $10 more expensive but they sent it free of charge.It looks awesome now, Unfortunately, some of the claims are true. The side of the band comes off but never affected the band like some people are experiencing.My problem is actually the edge that connects to the watch. The part with the pin in it. This started tearing half way. So its hanging on by a thread now.Hoping for a replacement, or I will have to find a different company and buy one all over again and just be out twice the amount. At that point I should have just paid for a better band in the first place.

The watch band was almost exactly what I expected. The leather is good quality and the stitching is well done and straight.The does change color a bit when bent but goes back to original color, however when scratched the leather does become lighter in that spot.The size of the band is exceptional!As a 6'8" man I have very large wrist and the band fits with plenty of room extra.

I'm very very very happy with this watch band! My wrists tend to be pretty sensitive to the rubber/silicone watch bands that came with the Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier watch. This is the replacement I bought and have been very happy with it for the past 3-4 months!HIGHLY recommend this watch band as it is not only durable, but very comfortable as well. I especially love the 2 keepers it comes with for the tail of the band. This keeps the tail right where it's supposed to be all day long.I sleep with my watch on every night and have ZERO complaints about this band.Hope this helps!

The only thing I wish to be changed is that the quick release springs were secured into the band. I change my bands from the original to this back and forth because when I'm at the gym I prefer the lighter band so there are chances where I drop the spring since it isn't secured into the band.Besides that little nuisance, it's a nice band. Color matches the Gear S3 Frontier perfectly. It has a good weight to it, not feeling like cheap metal. It looks good and I haven't had a scratch on it for the past week I've worn it. I type at work a lot too so I'm surprised the bottom part isn't all scuffed up already.It does restrict the number of links you can remove. I have very small wrists and I doubt there are many with smaller (unless it's a child) so I had to remove all 6 links. It fits perfectly but if I had any smaller of a wrist, it would be loose.I like the tool that came with it to remove the pins. It seems a little flimsy if you push too hard so be careful and make sure everything is lined up and be gentle!Paint color still in tact after one week. So far so good!

Within four days of having this band, the lever on the pin sheered off and rendered the band stuck. I had to cut the leather and snip the pin to get it off. Complete waste of money, DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A CHEAP PIECE OF TRASH THAT CAN ONLY BE CHANGED ONCE BEFORE IT BREAKSGreat price!! The buckle side was a hair too wide for the watch, so it was a bit of a struggle to get it in there, and it popped loose twice because of that. But I think I have it secured now. The video was taken when the leather was still too wide, and as you can see, it prevented the pin from looking into the hole and the band sat uneven. However, after compressing the leather a bit with a pair of visegrips, the pin finally locked in and is secured now as far as I can tell. The leather wrinkled and stretch marked pretty quick, but I kinda dig the worn look it gets. Will probably buy a more high quality one soon, but for the price, it just can't be beat!

I normally don't write a review until after I have actually used something for a long time. I think reviews right out of the box are generally bullcrap. However even though I bought this band several months ago I just pulled it out today, and regardless of the fact that it went on easy and seems okay right now, it's only getting one star and should be zero because it is fake leather. I should have known better because of the low price, but I fell for the description. "Genuine Leather" it says. There may be a rice paper thin layer of leather laminated to the outside.
