Great Game But With One MAJOR Problem.
I've been playing this version for the past couple of days and while it is a slimmed down version of the console and PC version (Winter Soldier, Dark World, and IM3 levels have been excluded though you can still unlock the characters in those levels) it's pretty fun and I'm surprised the developers put in an open world New York for you to roam around in with Time Trials, Smash Challenges, and collectables for you to find in this version. However, the problem comes in when you're playing on a PSTV. Simply put, you CANNOT replay levels nor summon vehicles. This is due to the fact a touchscreen is required for accessing these features but if you're playing on a Vita then this doesn't apply.EDIT: Turns out I had the "Use Touch Pointer In Games" option unchecked. Make sure that box is checked before starting.Overall, it's a fun game to play in short bursts as the story mission levels are not very long, only covers The Avengers and Age Of Ultron, and you can complete the Story Mode in about a day or two but there's enough to keep you coming back when you have a little down time after beating the story.

One of the best, if not the best Lego game.
I was weary buying this, because other Lego games were scaled back from their console sibling, but this game isn't that. Not only that, but this is one of the best, if not the best Lego game I have played. Of course, that is subjective to the individual playing it, but I can't get enough of this game. The missions make me remember the movies, and I've re-watched a few of them since playing this game. I'm 28, and the fact that my girlfriend has 2 kids is a bonus that they like watching me play this, but make no mistake, this game is 100% fun to play as a 28 year old "adult" male. I would buy this again in a heartbeat if my current copy was lost or stolen.

(Lego) Avengers! ASSEMBLE!
Very fun game! a little short though. The fact that there's finally a free-roam city is icing on the cake! Don't, however, compare this to the console games. If you do, it'll leave you disappointed as a lot had to be cut to ensure the 3DS and Vita versions were the same. Great fun if you're a fan of the movies, and possibly one of the best Lego games on handheld.

Avengers Assemble!
Great game that plays along with the movies story lines. Heroes in game are awesome. Great selection of Avengers. Challenges are tough, so it's not just a walk in the park to play.

Worst Lego game
Compared to other Vita Lego games, it is disappointing. Those who played other games on consoles are probably happy, since it sounds closer to a console in terms of content, but, honestly, it is disappointing, and a bit broken.First of all, I hate the city hub. It is too big. While it does come into play a bit during the main gameplay, having to navigate it during cleanup is a pain. Trying to find all the collectibles that are scattered throughout the city is annoying, even with a guide. Half of them are in such obscure places that you would never think to look for them there, let alone be able to see them from the distance (if they even render if you just pass by). The missions in the city are just painful; while the smash challenges are easy enough but rely more on luck than anything, the ground and jumping time trials are manageable, but the flying ones are utterly impossible. Precision flying controls with constant change in altitude are ridiculously broken, particularly when you can't see where you are supposed to go. I easily plat any other Vita Lego games, as they are easy and relaxing. And in this game, I have everything else done, but these flying challenges, I just give up on them.Speaking of the trophies, several of them are glitched; even if you complete everything they still do not show up. And the game is glitched too; I had to restart the game at least twice because it froze and I could not move at all.The main mission was on the shorter side. Apparently, the console had extra missions about Cap 2 and Thor movies. Rather than having Manhattan hub, I honestly would have preferred a few extra levels. Also, they did have many cutscenes from the movies, but they cut out the punchlines of most of those scenes, which was also pretty disappointing,

Great Game with Some Serious Audio Issues
I wanted to like this game more than I ended up liking it. Its fun, and does a good job of bringing most of the open world style of the console versions to the Vita (instead of the top down junk from the Marvel Lego vita game). However, the audio was a jumbled mess, with audio being ripped (at very low quality) straight from the movie, and it really takes you out of the experience. It's still a very fun and rewarding game, just realize its not exactly 1:1 with the console versions.

Heros & Legos!
You get to relieve a couple of the Avengers movies playing as LEGO characters! This is a must have game for the PS Vita, one of the most under appreciated handheld game systems!
