ラジエントヒーターで使用。最初に火にかけて温まった状態だとくっつかない。 ソーセージや鶏モモ、ししゃもも焼いていますが万能。 軽いし、汚れても酢と重曹かクリーナーで綺麗になる。 おすすめしたいが今は値段が高騰しているので安い時を狙うとイイかも。 追記 2021/1/29 火の通りがとにかく早いので（ステンレスにしては） もうひとつ購入したいです。 今はたぶん(ヾﾉ･ω･`)ﾑﾘﾑﾘですが。 底が薄いやかん、オブジェ鍋の底は変形しましたがこれはいっさい歪まず。 おかげでうちの鍋はフィスラーとWMFが増えました。
