This liquid chalk works really well! It gives a solid, reliable grip without the mess of traditional chalk. I love how easy it is to carry—just throw it in your gym bag and go. Convenient and effective
I have been lifting seriously for about 8 years now. I primarily focus on powerlifting. This has been one of the best hand chalks I have used, and is so convenient to bring with me. It keeps hands dry for the whole workout. Sometimes I will apply more, especially during deadlift days. I sweat A LOT, and I think for most people, one application will last the entire workout.

Es un buen producto, para lo requerido; solo creo que la fórmula no cambia mucho de otras, ya que esta se desprende fácilmente y puede manchar tus prendas; y esto sucede cuando usas poco de este mismo, creo que debes esperar un minuto aproximadamente para su uso, y usar 2 a 3 gotas, dependiendo el tamaño de tu mano. Aunque a decir verdad, te permite un buen agarre en el entrenamiento cuando usas suficiente producto, en comparación de la magnesia tradicional; creo que esta puede ser mas viable. Y si eres alguien que cuida su apariencia en el gimnasio, te sugiero usarlo con cuidado.

Perfect for deadlifts in a public gym
Perfect combo of grip and neatness. I've used one brand which was very "neat" but wasn't that grippy. And another brand which was grippy but was very flaky and tended to leave a mess on the public gym floor when I used it. This is now my preferred product for maintaining grip on the barbell during deadlifts.
