This works great for my needs. Very easy to use and clean. I wanted to find a burger press that would be easy to clean or I would never want to use it!. I have put ours in the dishwasher with no issues. Also the meat does not stick! Great burger press at a good price!

The best way i've seen the user is to make a very solid ball of meat and then put it in the center of the masher.And as I know, pressures are turning to a very solid patty.If you don't moist the ball together first or it doesn't stick together.Very well, it works pretty good.I have to use smoosh the ball of meat together

When you have to make a lot of hamburger patties, this is he maker to use. We used the 1/4 lb size and it is perfect for us. We made elk burgers and the meat didn't stick to the maker and the process was a whole lot qucker than just using your hands. Plus all the burgers came out the same size, which helps when cooking on the grill. Also the circular pattern it leaves on top of each burger looks nice when fully cooked. We cut our own wax paper in small squares and placed under the maker each time we made a burger. That way you could stack and freeze them and they seperated a whole lot easier when you get ready to cook them. It comes with 100 round wax papers to use, but it is easy to make your own when you run out.

I started enjoying making burgers at home because of this tool. I used it almost every other week. It's the best burger presser I've purchased. It's a little pricy to me, but totally worth the cost.

As an engineer, I am somewhat embarrassed to admit I probably spent four hours looking at hamburger smashers on Amazon. I read a lot of reviews and studied the product design. In reading reviews, I read a few five star and all the one star reviews. What that told me is while the products work the design is wanting. Until I happened upon OVOS patty maker. Easy decision. I have used it and I am happy that my four hours were sell spent. Simple, very functional, easy to use and, very importantly, easy to clean. I do weight out each burger before inserting the meat into the press to get the consistency I demand. I also tear off a six inch strip of waxed paper from the roll and after pressing the patty using the waxed strip, I cover the patty with the remaining half before freezing. Also it was less expensive than many but better than all that I analyzed. Yeah, could have saved time and bought something else, but now, when I use the product, I don't complain about a marginal unit with crappy design.

Works well for just a few hamburgers at a time. Love dishwasher option.

This is easy to use and supports making three different size burgers. I thought that it would stick to the hamburger during use, but it doesn't, which is a good thing. It was very easy to use. I used a scale to measure the amount of hamburger I was using when making 1/3 and 1/4 pound burgers. It all worked very well.
