back wheel warned out on the first day after using the back brake

Unhappy little boy
Wheels have worn down to multiple flat spots really quickly; but they have outlasted the bolts front and rear which have sheared already. Clamp doesnt hold for more than a day so have to straighten front wheel day and retighten.
